Burnham Market International

It was another weekend of first time runs for our horses, Ballinagore Coal  finished 11th in his Novice class, with him being a little less experienced  than the advanced horses he felt a bit greener with not being as well prepared  for the event as I would of preferred due to being side lined with my broken  collarbone but he put in a good performance and shows a lot of potential for  the future.  Ngong Hills was superb in the Open Intermediate doing an outstanding dressage test of 21 followed by a super double clear to finish 3rd.

Beltane Queen was also great in the CIC** finishing 4th. She also did a lovely dressage test getting a mark of 41 in the international class. I did feel that she was a  little tenser in the dressage than sometimes but this is to be expected for  her first run of the season, but she still produced a super test, one down in the show jumping and a lovely but not not overly fast xc round left her in 4th place.
