Nicola had three horses in the Advanced class, One Two Many, Beltane Queen and Bulana

One Two Many did a super dressage test, apart from his own adaptation of the final trot extension, which certainly wasn’t trot, however, he re-deemed himself by jumping a beautiful double clear to finish  3rd, this was his final run before the Mitsubishi Badminton Horse Trials.

Although Beltane Queen finished just outside the placings, she too, had a good final run before joining One Two Many at Badminton.

This was Bulana’s first run at Advanced level and was thrilled how she went, after doing a super dressage test, she left all the show jumps up and after jumping clear cross-country, albeit a little slower than her stable mates, she finished in 10th place.

Not to be outdone Ngong Hills finished 10th in the OI with the young Ballinagore Coal 9th in the Novice.

Head girl, Lynn Swift is travelling with Annie Clover and Watermill Vision to Louisville for the Kentucky 3 Day Event.  After landing in Chicago where they will quarantine for 2 days before moving onto Kentucky Park.  It is always a worry travelling such a long way, but they are in the very capable hands of Lynn who is very happy with them.  Nicola will be re-united with them on Monday after competing this weekend at Belton Horse Trials, where Bulana competes in her first CIC***.  Ngong Hills runs in the CIC** with Ballinagore Coal in the Novice.
